Several other independent farmers in the locality supply us with high-quality dairy and cheese products. As a result of our family’s and our suppliers’ dedication to quality and sustainability, Brandmount Foods has earned SALSA accreditation for traceability, ensuring that customers can always trust the source of their produce.

We are a 100% Northern Irish-owned company, catering fresh produce to multiple industries, including the hospitality industry, such as hotels, restaurants, chefs, food manufacturers, food retailers, and wholesalers. In addition, we provide ready-to-cook produce for a wide range of supermarket chains. With guaranteed reliable and fast deliveries across Northern Ireland, we’ve expanded our fleet of vehicles and currently have seven refrigerated vans on the road daily.

Fred Chambers is the founder of Bradmount Foods. Fred’s passion for perfection is not just a philosophy; it’s a way of life. From growing, to processing, to delivery, he ensures that every step of the process is executed with the highest level of quality.

Fred’s love and expertise for potato and vegetable growing are evident in the products that Bradmount Foods produces and sources. He takes great pride in growing and sourcing the highest quality crops — from the perfect potato for chipping to the crispiest lettuce leaf for salads.

Despite the significant growth of the business, Fred is still involved in the day-to-day operations and even undertakes some deliveries himself. He firmly believes that it’s crucial to listen to customers, understand their needs and bring this knowledge back to the company to ensure everyone is continually working towards meeting those needs. Thanks to Fred’s passion, dedication, and attention to detail, Bradmount Foods has become a trusted supplier of top-quality produce to customers right across Northern Ireland.

Jonathan Chambers is Operations Manager at Bradmount Foods. As Fred’s son, Jonathan joined the family business in 2007, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through growing up within it. Jonathan has been witness to every facet of this thriving enterprise, from planting potatoes and vegetables to harvesting, processing, and delivering them.

Jonathan’s enthusiasm for supply chain and production management led him to pursue a degree in this area before being appointed Supply Chain & Production Manager at Bradmount Foods. Working alongside his father, Jonathan has played an essential role in overseeing recent changes within Bradmount Foods’ facilities. With his expertise, Bradmount Foods can continue to offer the highest quality products with increased efficiently in terms of time, energy, and waste reduction.
